my original idea

My original idea was based on something to do with school and how the children learn and do they get enough support to help them but i wasnt 100% sure what my moral was and where exactly i was going with my idea. I was considering to do it individually, Mizbah was focussing on something about school as well so when she spoke to me we kind of brainstormed our idea's together still sticking to the subject of school and came up with the idea of the change in Sidney Stringer School + Sidney Stringer Academy and how it has changed, and if that change has benefitted everyone?.

We will question the old head teacher  - Mr Worral as well as Mrs.Tomes the current head teacher.  Our main idea is to see the differences how school has changed because most of the students may agree that the school has changed for the worse and still complain today at the fact how things have gone so different.

Evaluation of our Music Video.

We did a music video to Megan Nicoles Medley mashup + Each of us all had parts in it to do separately. (Me, Samsia, Shalini + Mizbah)


1. I think all of us worked very well for the first time together considering that me + mizbah didnt know Samsia + Shalini before and working together making this music video and helping one and other out was great and helpful. Despite the fact that Mizbah dropped out but we still managed to do well at the end. We helped each other with editing and had a lot of group discussions and agree'd with each other also listened to different opinions :). Although at times there weren't much communication. I think we managed to do well with the short time we had to put everything together because there were times when the schedule didnt go according to the times we decided we'd shoot and Mizbah's video wasn't going right or the camera had problems. But eventually we managed to patch things up and get it done in time. We helped each other by editing our each parts and putting them together also putting our idea's together on the video we all participated in.

2. At times not everyone in the group would communicate with each other for example if someone was stuck or struggling they wouldn't speak up or ask any of the other team members to help. I think the problem was that the group had never communicated with each other before and it took time to settle in and start helping each other.  In the end we managed to get to know one and other and put our judgements aside and actually get on together and complete the video.

5.How did you use new media technologies in the construction and research, planning and evaluation stages?

Rihanna - We found love -

We had a class discussion on how the video was presented and what kind of effects that were used. We came to a conclusion where we all decided that the video was very powerful describing the love/hate releationship and how much they love each other where they don't mind going thru drugs, drinking together. So many effects in this video like drug taking where the cigarettes ashes changes colours as they smoke it and when they take drugs you can see the pupils in the eye shrinking. The whole of the video is very interesting with the different images and beats. It may look like the video is giving out a bad image about drugs and smoking and drinking but its actually showing how perfect it was being in love also having drugs and how horribly wrong it became at the end with all the arguing and fighting despite how happy they both were.

''its like your screaming and no one can hear, you almost feel ashamed that someone could be that important and without them u feel like nothing. no one will ever understand how much it hurts you feel hopeless like nothing can save you, and when its over and its gone you almost wish u can have all the bad stuff back so you can have the good. '' - This was the narrative before the sound started and its clearly saying that regardless of how bad it was all you just wish you can have it all back to have the good as well. In the end Rihanna finds the strength to actually walk away and not look back.
